Her advisory work spans copyright in both dimensions — economic rights and moral rights — as well as art-and-law contracts, cultural heritage viewed through cultural rights, and the translation of culture into legal frameworks. It extends to estates and succession, catalogues and archives, institutional contracts, governance, fundraising oversight and cultural strategy.

The practice is consultative and prevention-focused: strategic, contractual and intellectual, designed for long-term outcomes. Where litigation becomes necessary, trusted partner lawyers are recommended in the relevant jurisdiction. Only a limited number of advisory mandates are accepted each year.
